Today, Ekansh oversees a growing Triangle-area portfolio representing more than $45 million in assets under management.

Deepansh Bhatia brings over seven years of experience in digital product management, leading enterprise-level transformations across customer experience and CRM systems. Currently serving as a Senior AVP at Wells Fargo, his background in strategy, automation, and digital platforms translates seamlessly into optimizing operations within the property management space.
Inspired by his brother Ekansh’s real estate vision, Deepansh joined PMI Raleighwood to support the development of a smarter, more responsive property management model. He advises on digital systems, operational efficiency, and long-term growth—helping ensure the company remains agile, client-focused, and technology-forward.
